PVC墻板的生產(chǎn)工藝流程如下：

①　第一步：混料。通過混料機(jī)將PVC樹脂，碳酸鈣粉和化學(xué)助劑均勻混合。

②　第二步：擠出。將混合好的原料通過螺旋上料機(jī)，投入到PVC擠出機(jī)的螺桿機(jī)筒里，原料在螺桿機(jī)筒內(nèi)部開始熔融，產(chǎn)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)，最后通過模具，被擠出，進(jìn)入真空定型臺，再經(jīng)過冷卻，切割

③　第三步：覆膜。將生產(chǎn)出來的PVC板放在覆膜機(jī)上，在板材表面貼上不同的花紋造型，最終完成PVC墻板。覆膜機(jī)一般分為冷膠覆膜機(jī)和熱膠覆膜機(jī)。

④　第四步：破碎機(jī)。生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的不合格PVC板投入破碎機(jī)，破碎成小塊狀。

⑤　第五步：磨粉機(jī)。經(jīng)過破碎機(jī)處理后的塊狀廢料，投入磨粉機(jī)，將廢料磨成粉狀，可以投入到擠出機(jī)重新生產(chǎn)，循壞利用，降低成本。

1.擠出機(jī)Extruder

該擠出機(jī)，能耗低，產(chǎn)量高，下料擠出穩(wěn)定，使用壽命長。

This extruder has the advantage of low energy consumption, high capacity, stable material extrusion and long service life.

2.真空定型臺 calibration table

真空定型臺的寬度結(jié)構(gòu)有YF300型、YF400型、YF600型等更大的規(guī)格。

Based on the width, the specification for calibration table are: YF300,YF400, YF600。

真空定型臺上下、前后方向控制采用電動控制系統(tǒng)，帶限位裝置,有安全急停開關(guān)。左右、和水平傾斜度可用首輪微調(diào)，該調(diào)節(jié)方式可以大大減少模具安裝難度，更精確地調(diào)整制品的直線性。

The calibration table can be move up and down, right and left with electric control. This equipment also has position-limitation device and emergency button device.

真空定型臺水循環(huán)冷卻和真空定型系統(tǒng)，可以完善保證制品的平整度和光潔度，提高產(chǎn)量。

The water cooling and calibration system is key part to make sure the plain surface and smooth & shine surface and increase the capacity.

3.牽引機(jī)haul off unit

牽引機(jī)的寬度結(jié)構(gòu)由YF300型、YF400型、YF600型等更大的規(guī)格。

Based on the width, the specification for hual-off unit are: YF300,YF400, YF600.

牽引履帶采用電機(jī)直連，帶限位裝置，有安全急停裝置，上下牽引履帶速度采用變頻調(diào)速同步控制。

The haul-off unit is directly connect with the motor and has the position-limitation device and emergency button device. The belts both up and down are controlled by frequency invertor.

4.切割機(jī) cutter

該切割機(jī)具有高精度、快速反應(yīng)、制品切割端面整潔干凈，無需二次加工，鋸屑收集干凈等特性。

This cutter has high efficiency and rapid cutting response. The cutting surface for the product is clean and tidy and no need second time processing.

5.PVC集成墻板優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

1)    防水、防潮。根本解決了木質(zhì)產(chǎn)品對潮濕和多水環(huán)境中吸水受潮后容易腐爛、膨脹變形的問題，可以使用到傳統(tǒng)木制品不能應(yīng)用的環(huán)境中。
